Role Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our networking solutions and contribute to the overall success and growth of Evolving Networks.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and ensure our solutions align with their needs.

Account Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand the scope of services offered to clients.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Effectively communicate clients' needs to internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to address client issues promptly.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts.

Market Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and client expectations.

Training

As part of our perfect job programme, we are keen to promote and develop our staff, so whilst working in this position the successful candidate will also receive training to achieve an industry appropriate qualification.
